Referrals:
NO REFERRAL IS NECESSARY, but referrals are gladly accepted. We provide written reports to all referring entities.

Payment:
Our practice philosophy is to accept all patients, with no financial or insurance requirements. Insurance will be billed, when available (including Medicare and Medicaid). Reduced fees may be charged to those patients with documented financial hardship. It is the patient's responsibility to provide the required information.

Office Hours:
Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8am until 5pm. The Richmond office is open some
Fridays. Please call for a schedule.

Optical Shop:
Our Muncie office offers a full-service optical shop with a complete line of glasses and contacts to meet all of your optical goods needs. Our Richmond office does not dispense glasses or contacts, however we have a close relationship with several area optometrists, and we will be happy to provide you with a referral.
